As part of the Fintech Challenge, 18 employees of Groupe Banque Centrale Populaire experienced the life of start-uppers for 4 days. This was a way for them to learn in a practical way the key principles behind innovation methodologies, and to get ready to collaborate efficiently with start-ups.
During the training, participants collaborated to design, develop and test 4 potential solutions to reinvent the Client / Bank interaction within and outside the Branch. In doing so, they went on the ground to connect with the reality of the bank's clients, which allowed them to challenge their initial convictions, and realize the importance of a user centric approach to solution development.
